These Terms of Service govern the conditions under which you may access and use the FASREMIT website or application and services, whether using a personal or business account. By accessing, registering, and using the services, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Service, you may not access, register, or use the services. If there are changes to these Terms of Service, you will be notified, and those changes will not be applied immediately.

These Terms of Service apply from the first time you access, register, or use the services. These Terms of Service may change from time to time. However, changes will only be effective two (2) weeks after you receive the updated Terms of Service.

We contract only with Users. We are not responsible to any third parties, including individuals receiving payments from senders (recipients). If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact our Customer Support. We will address your issues promptly.

We will make every effort to send your money on time. However, in some situations, delays may occur due to the following reasons:

Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing regulations;

Situations where there are instructions to withdraw your transaction;

Payments made after our cut-off time;

Downtime caused by partners, internal issues, payout channels, or other parties;

Incorrect information entered during transaction detail input; and Days when we do not operate (e.g., holidays).
